Launch of Adobe Director 11

Wow.. This is one of the great news which I came across. I was missing Director for couple of years. It was like ” Who uses Director”? was a question people used to ask me. But being a Director User from Director 5 onwards I am a big fan of this software. But Adobe has really given a new life to Director 11 with enhanced features.The new features include:

Support for more than 40 video, audio, and image file formats .

Native 3D rendering with DirectX 9 support

Advanced physics with the included AGEIA™ PhysX™ engine

Unicode support, including multimode publishing

Enhanced text rendering engine

Enhanced user interface

Enhanced Script Browser and full JavaScript support

Bitmap filters

Xtra plug-ins

Thanks to Adobe Director 11 team who has come out with this version. I am eager to attend the launch of Director 11 event in India.

At Jim Corbett National Park — Project Tiger India

I started my journey from the daily life rich Internet user experience to the jungle experience in Northern India. I reached Ramnagar which is located 18 kms from Jim Corbett Park in the evening from Delhi.
A pluralistic, multi-lingual, and multi-ethnic society, India is a home to a diversity of wildlife in a variety of protected habitats. My day started at 5.30 am in the morning. The sun was about to rise, spreading it’s beautiful golden rays across the park. I was escorted by the forest guide Shubham who gave me the whole useful information.
Located in the foothills of the Himalayas is the Corbett National Park. It’s home to a variety of flora and fauna, it is famous for its wild population of Tigers, Leopards and Elephants. Corbett national park was established in 1936, as the Hailey National Park. India’s first national park and the first sanctuary to come under Project Tiger.
In the Jim Corbett National Park are found 110 tree species, 50 mammals species, 580 bird species and 25 reptile species.
Jim Corbett remains closed between June 16 to November 14, when the monsoon floods the riverbed and cuts the road links.
One needs to get the permit from the forest department at Ramnagar. The closest of the various gates into the Corbett national park, 1-km from central Ramnagar, is the Bijrani Gate. 11-km away, is the Dhangarhi Gate, and18-kms along the highway north to Ranikhet, provides access to the northwestern portion of the Jim Corbett Park along the Ramnagar River valley, is the Dhikala Gate.
Since you are in the jungle remain quiet, and don’t wear bright colors or strong perfumes.

This park comes under the first Project Tiger plan started by the government of India to save tigers. Shubham my guide informed me the park has around 135 tigers. But still hard to trace a tiger while travelling through the jeep. Even though I am back home the doubt still remains in my mind that does this park really has 135 tigers and if it has why do people are not able to see the tigers while travelling in the park. One can only see the pugmarks of the tiger.
